”Kim Frye and Marietta Estate Planning did an excellent job helping with my estate planning. They were professional, courteous and took their time explaining my options and answering questions.
Calista H.
Kim was born and raised in Cobb County. After graduating from North Cobb High School, she studied Criminal Justice at the University of Georgia and went on to get her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law.
Soon after graduating she began as an Assistant District Attorney for the Blue Ridge Judicial Circuit, and later she worked as an Assistant Solicitor General for the Cobb County Solicitor General’s Office.
Once she began practicing, it didn’t take long for Kim to realize her passion and talent for helping clients through their most difficult times. Throughout her career, clients have almost always come to Kim in crisis.
As a mother of young adults and a daughter of someone who needs her care, Kim knows exactly what it feels like to have the weight of worry on your shoulders constantly. And she knows exactly the sense of relief and reassurance that comes with having your plan in place.
With 27 years of experience protecting people through the law, Kim knows the best way to make sure you have the power to make the necessary decisions in a time of crisis is to have it properly documented in writing.
Since earning her law degree, Kim has helped hundreds of families in Marietta and throughout the state of Georgia. She has also presented at both national and international conferences.
When she’s not in the courtroom, Kim enjoys singing karaoke and trying out local restaurants. She’s the proud mom of two college age students. If there’s a game on, you can find her cheering for the Atlanta Braves and the Georgia Bulldogs. Go Dawgs!
